Ongoing maintenance runs at $60/hr + GST with a 30-minute minimum. End-of-lease and vacate tidy-ups are quoted as a fixed price from photos or the condition report, so there are no surprises for anyone's ledger.

Can you invoice the agency or landlord directly?
Yes. we regularly work with property managers and invoice the agency or the owner directly, with the property address on every invoice. One approval up front, then it just happens.
Do you send photos when the work is done?
Every visit. You (or your property manager) get finished photos by text or email the same day – no driving out to check, no taking our word for it.
How quickly can you do an end-of-lease garden tidy?
Usually within a few days, and we prioritise final-inspection deadlines. Text photos of the garden to 0412415872 with your inspection date and we'll confirm a time and a fixed price.
What does an end-of-lease tidy include?
Whatever the condition report calls for: lawns mown and edged, beds weeded, hedges tidied, paths cleared and all the green waste gone. The aim is to hand the garden back the way you got it, so your bond isn’t argued over.
